The Stonington Cottage continues with the cottage theme in a broad sense, distinguishing itself with full sized spaces and a nicely scaled and well proportioned appearance.
This cottage has a covered entryway leading to a modest foyer that is open to the Dining Rm. at the right. The Dining Rm. has a window seat at the front of the space, with mulled windows above that are flanked by closets.
To the rear of the Dining space is a full Kitchen with plenty of light and a center island for ease of food preparation. At the left rear of the main house is a Half Bath and a Laundry Room with a folding counter.
The Living Rm. extends back from the left front of the house over 30’ and features a massive fireplace. This space has plenty of windows and has the potential for multiple sitting areas.
Continuing on the first level, to the rear of the Main House is the Mud Room. This space has two glass doors, a Half Bath, an entry bench and a Sitting Porch outside, to the left.
Beyond the Mud Room is an attached two car Carriage Shed.
On the second level of the main house there are three Bed Rooms. One is the Master Suite, which has a walk-in closet and a Master Bath with a double vanity, a soaking tub, a shower and an enclosed toilet. The room has enough space for a sitting area.
