The design process begins with a Feasibility Consultation and generation of a budget. From there the schematic plans are created, often from a CCH Reference Plan the client selects. Screen sharing, telephone conversations and email exchange allows our team to incorporate the client wish list and the plans. Once we understand what the client wants for detailing we provide a Custom Design Proposal which outlines the scope and estimates a timeframe and cost for the plan development. Once the signed contract and retainer are received we first resolve the site plan and floor plans, then the elevations, and finally the structural layers, details, interior aspects including elevations material selections and schedules. The architectural process timeline can vary from several weeks to several months to complete and the plans we deliver can be as basic or as detailed as the client needs and their design budget will allow for.
